The term "Software" means all programs, files, and executables supplied. For third party programs included in this online curriculum the user is under the license agreement for said programs. This Software may not be duplicated or copied. This License does not include the right to updates, upgrades, or other enhancements. This License confers no title or ownership in this Software and confers no rights whatsoever in any other intellectual property of Exploration Education. This License is not a sale of any rights in the Software. This License is nontransferable. Exploration Education may terminate this License upon notice to the user for failure to comply with this License. Immediately upon the termination of the License, the user will destroy or return to Exploration Education all copies of the Software, including all copies from any adaptation into which such copies are merged.
